Our Key West rental home is perfect in every way.

LEASE RATES
$3000 / month and up,  
 rate depends on :
    1. how many people (6 maximum)
    2. and what time of year.
3. Do you want to include the 2 Bedroom Apartment? 

INCLUDED:   Linens, Towels, Electric, 36" Cable TV, Local Telephone, a computer for web access , 
water, garbage, property maintenance and upkeep,  quarterly pest spraying: Complete Kitchen,
including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, clothes washer and dryer, ceiling fans, bait freezer,
central air-conditioning, 7 person spa in water side garden , Fish cleaning station, outdoor shower,
120' seawall ..... etc.  (Everything you will need but your personal stuff)

LEASE TERM
A 28 day minimum lease is required by Monroe County  for all private homes.

Additional charges:
$500 Reservation/Security/Damage Deposit
$125 Cleaning
Taxes if applicable

The 3 Bedroom main house is very large home is over 1800 sq ft.
 The apartment is aprox 900 sq ft and property has 120' of seawall canal front
