The second and third bedrooms have a nice bathroom across the hall. The large 10' by 30' porch is waterfront. The property is 120' wide and provides safe, deep water moorings for your boat. You seldom hear or see the neighbors. There is at least 50' between the neighbors' homes planted with gardens and fences, and with no neighbors directly across the canal you get a feeling of privacy.
